timeline – from now ’til the wedding

Here’s a rough timeline that you may want to adapt for your own use if you plan to attend:

• Now through end of 2008: Think about joining us for the wedding! If you do plan to attend, we’ll be happy to provide more information and any assistance we can with arranging the best possible place to stay.
• Winter-Spring 2009: Flights for February 2010 go on sale in March 2009. For weekends during the peak season (November through April), the most desirable accommodations in Yelapa tend to get booked early, so if you know you want to attend, you’ll get better results if you reserve your space at least 6 months in advance.
• Fall 2009: If all goes according to plan, invitations will be mailed in October 2009, with responses requested by the end of November 2009. Please keep us informed if your contact info changes in the meantime!
• December 2009 – January 2010: Last chance to renew passports without paying rush fees. Bonnie turns 42 on 12/30/09.
• January 2010: Happy new year! Emily turns 40 on 1/17/10.
• February 2010: See the weekend timeline (tentative, like everything else in life).
