The Point
The southern tip of the cove is called the Point, and the little patch of sand where the water taxi will bring people staying on the point is called Playa Isabel (after the recently departed Isabel Jordan, longtime Yelapa resident and proprietor of Casas de Isabel).
The point offers beautiful views of the water and very private, romantic accommodations. As always, more privacy means more walking, and the path to the point is at times narrow and uneven, so we wouldn't recommend it for anyone with small children or any mobility issues.
