Spring 2009

Airline tickets for February 2010 become available in late March. You can sign up for fare alerts at travel websites (e.g. Travelocity) if you'd like to keep tabs on when fares are especially affordable.

For the best choice of rental accommmodations, book as early as possible. The most desirable places and best bargains fill up early, even a year or more in advance, but there are still some wonderful places available.

Summer 2009

If your contact information changes, please keep us posted so we'll know where to send your invitation.

Fall 2009

Invitations will be mailed in October, with a reply requested by late November.

January 2010

We'll be mailing out more detailed information to everyone who plans to attend.

February 2010

We can't wait to celebrate with you! We'll be updating the tentative weekend schedule as plans develop.
