The weekend

Just about one month from now, the weekend of February 25-28, 2010, join us for a relaxing weekend of good company, delicious food, and beautiful weather, with a wedding ceremony and reception as your bonus entertainment.

Here's some key information about the weekend:

  • We've updated the weekend schedule. Please review it before finalizing your travel plans.
  • A FAQ will be kept updated, and feel free to submit further questions if there are any we haven't answered yet.
  • Parents and guardians of youngsters may be interested in the page about stuff for kids.
  • If you're planning to attend,
    • We'd love to know your travel plans, i.e. flight times and which water taxi you expect to arrive on. Please keep us posted so we'll be able to look out for you when you get to Yelapa.
    • You may be interested in a rough timeline of what's happening when between now and the weekend. The main item left between now and February 25 is to make sure your passport is current.
    • As far as we know, you have all already chosen a place to stay, but for anyone still looking for a place, there's a spreadsheet linked from the home page. Meanwhile, we've posted a lot of information about Yelapa for your review.
    • If you'd rather receive updates by email, you're welcome to sign up for the email list. This is a very low-volume list, so don't worry about flooding your inbox with our messages--average is less than once per month.
